Эргэж төлөөгүй байлаа ч нийт эдийн засагт эргэж, тухайн зээлийн дүн тэглэгдэх байтугай хоёр үржигдээд эдийн засгаар эргэнэ гэсэн үг. Тэгэхээр тэтгэврийн зээл тэглэх бус эргээд бидэнд маш их эдийн засгийн дарамт бий болно. Ер нь Төрийн үүрэг нь тэтгэврийн зээл төлөх биш тэтгэврээрээ амьдрах боломжийг бүрдүүлэх ёстой.
Гэтэл Монгол улсын төр нийт иргэддээ ийм боломжийг олгоогүйгээс гадна Үндсэн хуулийн арвандөрөвдүгээр зүйлийн 1-т Монгол улсад хууль ёсоор оршин суугаа хүн бүр хууль шүүхийн өмнө эрх тэгш байна гэсэн заалтыг зөрчсөн шийдвэрийг гаргалаа.
